  • At NFit USA, we’re committed to ensuring that you have a great experience with our products. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


    1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery (due to the perishable nature of our products).

    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


    2. Free Shipping Policy:

    • Orders that qualify for free shipping will retain this benefit only if the purchase is completed.

    • If an item is returned, the original shipping cost, including the cost of returning the package to us, will be deducted from the refund amount.


    3. Mid-Delivery Cancellations:

    • If the customer cancels the order during transit or refuses delivery, they will be charged for both outbound and return shipping fees.

    • If the delivery issue is caused by delays, errors, or mishandling by our delivery partners, we will cover the shipping charges and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.


    4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, send us a message via our website www.nfitusa.com or at sales@nfitusa.com, and we’ll take care of the exchange at no cost to you.


    5. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item or confirming the issue.


    6. Lost Packages After Delivery Scan:

    • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, NFit USA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    • Please check with:

      • Your mailbox or front door area

      • Neighbors or building management

      • Your local post office or mailroom

    • For extra security, we offer a Signature Required shipping option at checkout.

    • Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered unless there is verified evidence of a delivery error caused by us.

    • That said, we’re happy to assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
